We do not store your emails content. An email is deleted from our server as soon as it reaches its destination, i.e. your mailbox (mailboxes) for an email sent to your alias or your contact mailbox in case an email is sent from your alias. Emails that cannot be delivered are not stored and can't be delivered or restored.

While we have temporal access to the following email metadata: sender and recipient email addresses, the IP address incoming messages originated from, message subject - we delete it after it is sent to you. Amount of how many messages sent and/or received are stored on our database. All emails sent from external providers to us are scanned for Spam and Viruses to pursue the legitimate interest of the protection of our users. We also have access to the following records of account activity: number of messages sent or received, amount of storage space used, total number of messages, last login time, email alias note, and email alias creation date. We never share it with any third parties.

Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of all personal information and their account through our support team by email [email protected] or Settings page you have the option to delete your account. In this case your account along with all your data are deleted immediately in the running database. All your information will be purged from our system in maximum 90 days, including database backups that are kept up to 90 days and system logs that are deleted after 90 days. Please note, we keep all email aliases you created forever in our system, but they are not associated with your account anymore and no-one can use them in the future.
